I couldn’t leave Destin without checking out Bistrology. This place was extremely busy, people were pulling in and leaving because they could not find parking. We made reservations and waited about 45 minutes to be seated inside. There was a dj & outside seating, but we sat inside. The decor is modern and displays Latin touches. The drinks were absolutely delicious and curated with excellence. The food display was sensationally exquisite! I ordered the pistachio pancakes, my daughter ordered the oreo pancakes, my son ordered a frozen drink, & my guy ordered the chicken & waffles. I asseverate the food was delicious. I wish we didn’t have to travel to enjoy their Latin creations. I’ve honestly never experienced breakfast so elevated with a paired texture and flavor profile that titillates every taste bud. I can’t speak for any of the other locations but I’d strongly recommend making reservations at this location. This restaurant was well worth every dollar. If you are ever near any of Bistrology’s locations I’d encourage you to visit. This place was such a gem!

This restaurant was an absolute delight! We couldn’t resist coming back twice. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every dish. The portion sizes were generous, and the flavor combinations were perfectly balanced. It was clear that the chefs poured their love and passion into creating the food and drinks. The ambiance was simply beautiful. We visited on a weekday morning, before 9 am, when the school tourists had left. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we didn’t have to wait for a table. I wish they had a restaurant like this in Oklahoma! We would definitely make it a weekend tradition to visit. Thank you for welcoming our family!

Such a great experience! Everything we ordered was delicious, and the service was amazing. 🥰 Janeth took care of us and she was absolutely wonderful super sweet, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. She was always there when we needed something without ever making us feel rushed. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️ Highly recommend!

After a long one hour wait (TOTALLY WORTH IT) we ate some of the best food in Destin/Miramar, FL. Everything was SOOOO good! Big portions so we got to take some home, everything was absolutely fresh and scrumptious. Janeth, our server was very kind and attentive. Overall a great time and totally worth the wait! Pictured: Avocado Toast, Nutella Waffles, Garlic Parmesan Potatoes and the Pineapple Mint Popsicle Drink. Would recommend 100% 😍

We waited about 40 minutes to get in, and even after being seated, it took another 30 minutes for our food and drinks to arrive. But honestly, this place was absolutely worth the wait. Every drink we ordered was excellent. Both the presentation and taste were outstanding. Everything looked so beautiful that just seeing the food and drinks on the table already made us happy before even taking the first bite. If you ever need a little dopamine boost and want to treat yourself to something special, this is definitely the right spot.
